  • Innotas serves over 500 customers across a wide range of industries including Alaska Air, AT&T, CarMax and Cincinnati Financial
  • The company received financial backing from ArrowPath Venture Capital, Cedar Circle and Fuse Capital in 2006 and is headquartered in San Francisco

About Planview

  • Planview is a leader in Portfolio and Resource Management, based in Austin, founded in 1989
  • The acquisition follows Planview’s acquisition of leading Enterprise Architecture provider Troux in May 2015, which enabled Planview to provide a more comprehensive platform that combined  strategic planning and execution with complete insight into architecture and technology
  • Planview is a portfolio company of Insight Venture Partners, a leading New York-based private equity firm
