  • SPL was created via the roll-up of five utility software companies, allowing the combined company to provide a comprehensive suite of services: SPL (CIS); Axciom and Mobility (workforce management); CES International (OMS & DMS); and Synergen (asset management) with a company history dating back to 1969
  • SPL was principally owned by GFI Energy Ventures
