Join our team

We’re looking for experienced junior and senior professionals for our Boston and San Francisco offices, and actively recruit on campus in the fall for Investment Banking Analysts, Business Development Analysts and Summer Analyst Interns.

Analyst and Summer Analyst roles at Shea & Company offer a diverse set of responsibilities, including the execution of live transactions, generation of marketing and pitch collateral, financial analysis including valuation, capital structure and value flow modeling and the creation of software market segment landscapes and industry “thought pieces.” Shea & Company’s Analysts are key members of the team who have significant client-facing responsibilities and are involved in all aspects of client management and interaction, responsible for driving the flawless execution of the firm’s M&A and private placement transactions. We don’t expect our Analysts to come in as “industry experts” in software, but candidates for the role should be excited to learn about technology, financial analysis and the process of providing strategic advice to leading companies. Top performing interns are offered full-time roles upon graduation. Shea & Company recruits on campus at a handful of top undergraduate programs, and we welcome applicants to apply through our website if we’re not on campus directly for both full time and intern roles.
